We will not accept a return or exchange your item if the product was not defective or unusable before you received it. Exchanges will only be made only if we have a replacement item in stock. If the item is no longer available, we will cancel the order and issue a refund ONCE the item is returned. Buyer MUST pay return shipping. If you believe your item meets these requirements, make sure you request a return or an exchange within 5 days of your item delivery.
