Where is my item?
All orders will be shipped within 1 business day after cleared payment. Tracking numbers will be emailed to you when your items when the labels for your order has been printed. Delivery within the United States may take up to 1-week, and up to 4-weeks for international deliveries.

Where are your items located?
All of our items that we list are located in New York. We only list items that we physically carry, so everything that is ordered will be shipped from the NY location.
